RECIPES TO PUT A SPRING IN OUR STEP

This month, we have some fine recipes from Bord Bia, the Irish food board here in Ireland. As, its April, we thought a nice leg of Spring lamb would go down well as a nice recipe to put a spring in all our steps! Rhubarb has just come into season so I’ve included a rhubarb tart with whiskey cream recipe….And just before we say goodbye to the leeks a very nice simple potato and leek soup. I know, I never stop with the potatoes, what can I say!
